My Experience…

My real estate career began in 1976 as an industry student interested in distressed property sales including; Foreclosures, Trustee Sale Auctions, Property Tax Default Auctions and Real Estate Owned properties (REO). Because financing plays such an important role in real estate, in 1989 I began working in the mortgage industry. During this time I spent six years as the General Manager for TMG Financial Services, Inc., and the rest originating hundreds of residential loans as a Sr. Mortgage Advisor. This opportunity allowed me to work closely with Wholesale Lenders, Bankers, Underwriters, Closers, Escrows, Title companies, many Realtors, and not to mention several home builders/developers and their sales staff. The experience I gained during this time was pivotal in my real estate career.

Additionally, and because I felt continuing education and training was so vital to the service I provided my clients, in 2005 I also decided to study and trained becoming a licensed real estate appraiser. My training was completed and continues to this day under the guidance of a Certified General. Real Estate today is more challenging than ever before, one that requires the real estate professional to stay informed, up-to-date and educated in order to stay competitive, in compliance with constant guidelines and law changes, new rules and regulations. This is all the more important and the reason why I feel uniquely qualified to better serve my clients.
